Dinner with big bro n family

Hubby had requested me yesterday to dinner with lamb chop today..for that purpose, I already marinated the lamb with handmade seasoning since yesterday so that, the taste will became superb!!!huhu...
Then, this morning, he suddenly asked me to invite my bro from skudai to having dinner with us today..so I contacted him n he do agreed to came here after attending marital occasion of his friend..
Just right after performed our magrib prayers, we having our dinner... Nice right?? The adult ate with full of concentration while the kids....mmmm...keep playing n making mess!!!
The baby...was not mine... He is my latest nephew..syafi....6month year old..mine???not yet...Huhu

Weekend kitchen project : bubble rice caramel

My bubble rice stock make me so stress!! Since eid last year, I couldn't managed to finish it.. Until its almost spoilt!!!so, in order to relieve a bit of my headache (which now really in high level!!), so, I'm surfing a few website n blog for a reason...to find the most interesting recipe using bubble rice as main ingredients and yet, didn't use choc bar at all!! Because most of the recipe presenting some sort of choc cluster-like recipe...I had made it a few time..just wanted to try the other recipe of course... Then finally I found a recipe from one website..which I think very nice..
The recipe was like a honey cornflakes but the mixture has to been caramelized... So, the taste will be a bit bitter but still tiptop!!! Wallaa!!!! Well...this is the recipe if u wanna try it ur self..

Bubble rice caramel

Ingredients

100g butter
6 Tbsp. sugar
4 heaped tsp. honey (optional...if u didn't put it,the bars will be more crunchy)
5 cups rice cereal

Procedure

Add the first three ingredients to a large saucepan (large enough to later add the rice cereal) and melt over a medium heat
Bring the mixture to the boil and allow it to turn over for about four minutes or until the mixture starts to turn brown. Stir occasionally
Remove from the heat and add the rice cereal. Stir well to evenly mix everything together
Press the mixture into a lined tin (buttered)
Before it sets too hard, cut into even squares.

Bowling????

I had received a phone call from my neighbor, k.deb yesterday. She invited me to join our community in bowling tournament.. They still have one vacancy n me was selected to fill it. Well, I just agreed n last morning, I went there with my two girls..we played at Daiman bowl, Johor jaya.. Frankly speaking, I have no idea who will become my teammate n when I'm reached there, the game already started.. My first round had been done by my teammate..Huhu...never mind.. There been a long time I didn't play bowling actually...I just throw the ball..
We just played in one round..n right after the games over, I came back home because my kids already making mess!!!!nightmaree!!!!!as usual..Huhu...n my neighbor stayed there continued play ..
N u know what...suddenly I had been surprised by my teammate that our group got first place for the best group categories!!! What a shock!!!! The scoreboard pic below was only the result for 4 of us.. the other 4's result i didnt managed to snap..well, that result actually the biggest contribution for our success...Haha..never expect it!!! But that's what we called luck right!!! Thanks Allah...

E-learning course..

Today was quite a hectic day...well, actually,since the beginning of this year,everyday was like a hectic day to us (means me & my clic)..there a lot of thing we have to cater as wish as our ambitious director...he is a very futuristic-like person (love challenge) n want all his staff to be by his side for one reason...to make our polytechnic a step ahead from the others...
Our vice director wanna us to utilize the e-learning concept that been existed or a long time ago.. It was a compulsory this year!!!(Huhu!!!).. So, my frenz who the moderator for training unit, had organizing an e-learning courses for all of us...she already divide us into 3 batches..and luckily, I was included in 1st batch...together with my head of department, head of programmer, senior lecturer n bla..bla..bla.. Huhu...well...she knew already I like to 'cheat' during course!!!!so, she purposely done it... Mmmmm...it's ok to me...never mind...I likeeee actually...the earlier..the better...love u kak!!!!

The instructor for this course was mr. Chok...he was one of person in charge for e-learning in our department...thumbs up to u sir!!!!

My twin at JKM..is it??

We'll meet again... Today's story is about something which i dunno whether is it true or not...but a few people (especially my officemate) keep saying that we are like a twin!!! well, u can judge it from the picture as attached.. She is our new officemate, wan zack...she just being transferred from kolej komuniti.. N the most important is...she knew how to play netball!!!haha...that's what we likeeeee!!!!!plz ignore the guy beside me ok...Huhu...

And the winner is.....

After almost two day attending blogging course, we finally knew some knowledge regarding blogging world. Mr. Apai looks so excited to share his knowledge and very pleased for our effort and eagerness to become a newcomer bloggers. He also very generous to give some sort of gift to the most outstanding blog. This mini competition was judged by adhoc judge, Halim.. And after looking for each aspect (only Halim knew it!!),he had choose two winner...the cutest girl in town, the one and only, yati sumala and our handful technician, cik din..well, they do deserve it!!!no objection at all... I am so glad that finally I have my blog. My fb account already deactivated n now I will activate my blog...

Oh my English..

Now,I am attending English class for a few reason..firstly of course, as a preparation for my study..even though I didn't pursue my study abroad,but I still need to enhance my English conversation,writing and so on to make me more confident to face my 'new' world starting this next September.. Arghhh!! I can't wait actually to register at UTM but unfortunately,I have to follow a rules as stated by our scholarship.. The picture shows my classmate during our class..just to mention their name; k.pah, fauzi(k.pah's hubby),lim amoi, salim (my enemy there!!),azlin (jrkv staf) and our new member from jrkv,ridzuan..and our beloved teacher,the only mr. Ram in the house yo!! I like the way he teach us..even he already headache wit our attitude (golden-age students of course!!)...hahaha..pity him right..
